ADD

Our Services

ADD is a specialist firm. We are entirely focused on high level professionals with exceptional/world class educational backgrounds, top level consulting experience, or exposure to large jobs with a significant strategic content. Often the candidates we track have all three.

Within this specialist area we provide a range of services.

Recruitment and Strategic Hiring

Sourcing the right people can be costly, time consuming and risky. With more than 25 years in the industry we have developed a number of innovative products guaranteed to find the best solution for your needs. Although we specialise in top level search we can also, through our subsidiaries, offer other services including low costs internet recruitment and group hire.

Clients for our services range from professional services firms, to large multi-national firms and small consulting start ups. All come to us because they are keen to hire top talent, strategic thinkers for Board or strategic planning roles.

Benchmarking and Research

ADD and its partner firm, Vencon, provide comprehensive benchmarking data to the consulting industry in over 30 countries. The service has been recognised by many as the definitive source of hard-to-get data including earnings of consultants and economic models. Please contact us for more information on this comprehensive service.

The industry research and monitoring service forms the basis of an annual presentation to the MBA classes of Europe's leading business schools. Consulting represents the target employer for over 30% of MBAs from top schools, the ADD lecture helps students understand the industry and focus their job search.

Exhibition Management and Control

Through a joint venture with Top-Consultant.com, the world’s leading internet job board for consulting vacancies, we manage the Europe’s leading consulting careers fair.
